Seqera is committed to providing a professional, respectful, and collaborative environment for all event participants. By attending a Seqera event, you agree to the following:

1. Professional Conduct Attendees must behave in a respectful and professional manner at all times. Harassment, intimidation, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

2. No Unsolicited Commercial Activity Seqera events are not a forum for unsolicited sales, marketing, or promotion. Attendees may not actively pitch, solicit business, or distribute promotional materials to other participants without prior written approval from Seqera.

3. Accurate Representation Attendees must accurately represent their identity, affiliation, and purpose for attending. Misrepresentation of oneself or one’s organization is not permitted.

4. Respect for Attendees and Organizers Attendees must comply with reasonable instructions from event staff and respect the experience of other participants.

5. Enforcement Seqera reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee whose conduct is inconsistent with these expectations, at its sole discretion.

6. Refunds If an attendee is removed or denied participation due to a breach of these guidelines, Seqera may issue a refund at its discretion. Seqera reserves the right to update these terms at any time to ensure a positive event experience for all participants.

By attending this event, you agree to be photographed and/or filmed and give permission to use your image in promotional and/or marketing materials.
